Meryl will discuss with you your renovation requirements from the design process, the purchase and supply of fixtures and fittings, the cost, the timeframe, the renovation process and the warranties. Meryl will also advise you on renovating your home for living or for sale to ensure you maximize the return on your renovation investment.
1st Meeting
The first meeting is about 1 hour and is $250.00 per hour.
2nd Meeting
For bathroom and kitchen renovations, Meryl suggests having these professionally drawn in a CAD 2D or 3D drawings. Pricing depends upon the time spent with my draftswoman. An estimate is approximately $825.00 per drawing.
For complete home renovations, Meryl will arrange for a selection of contractors to visit your home and quote on the work to be performed. A property report is prepared along with renovation estimates and sent to you in approximately one week from the quotations day. The cost for the quotations day is $1,000.00 and payable on that day.
  3rd Meeting
Once we have all of the quotations and drawings in place, Meryl will meet with you to agree on the project scope, contractors, timelines, costs and the project management process performed by Meryl. The average cost for my services is 20%.

4th Meeting
Project Management contract signing and deposits are made at this meeting.

 "There are many highly experienced contractors who have a passion for their work and their workmanship. You can select up to three contractors to provide quotes and select which contractors you would like to engage to work for you. All payments are made direct to the contractors. All warranties are with the contractors directly. Any building works required, will require a licensed builder to be engaged in a contract with you directly. You may also require a structural engineer's report and / or council approvals. These are all areas of the project that I would be happy to project manage for you.
