First Meeting – “We discuss the total home renovation project”.
Second Meeting – “Our next meeting involves all my trade staff who arrive on site to measure and quote. This takes approximately two hours.”

Third Meeting – the next meeting is to walk through all of the quotations, discuss and analyzing the work detail, work schedule and costs. In most cases, we can provide firm fixed pricing however in some circumstances where we cannot see the extent of floor or wall damage, plumbing or electrical challenges, we may need to factor in a 10% contingency factor to the project.
Fourth Meeting – “Signing of contracts and the project commences. The process is stress free and I project manage the total project from start to finish. I don’t outsource this to another company nor do I hand you over to a Project Supervisor.”
“I offer a very personalised service and I am hands on throughout the whole project. I charge a $125.00 per hour for my services and this is recorded in a daily time schedule. The average cost for my services is from $2,500 - $25,000. I will give you a close estimate of the amount before the project commences.”
